JD for Construction / Real Estate Related Disputes:
1.Academic Qualification:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or PG in Construction Management Experience
2.Requisite Experience:
Minimum 8 years of exp. in handling contracts & claims issues of infrastructure and construction project sites
Candidates should be able to help in preparing for the Client pitches and performing business development activities in relation to EYs construction disputes services
Candidate should have exp. in FIDIC Contract.
Experience in following activities:
oWriting expert reports
oSchedule Analysis
oLoss of Productivity / Efficiency Analysis
oScope Change Assessment
oCalculation of increased material and / or labour costs
oExtended General Conditions Analysis
oCost Estimating
oLost Profit Analysis
oDrawing Review
3.Requisite Skills:
Microsoft Office Word / Excel - Advanced Skills Preferred
PDF Software Management Software
Schedule Software Microsoft Projects / Primavera Products
4.Job Description
Studying Contracts appreciation documents
Contractual correspondence and claim preparation
Extra claims / escalation claims and Interpretation of contracts
Delay analysis
Dispute resolution through amicable settlement, arbitration etc.
Preparation of expert reports
Performing business development activities and Client pitches
