Ttt_performace Test Engineer_senior Job in Ernst & Young Global Limited

Responsibilities:

• Should beable to drive performance testing projects independently

• Designanddevelop automated real-world load to drive the complex representativecustomerenvironment

• Owns thedesign, development, and execution of performance test plans, Prepare TestPlans with clearly stated procedures and success criteria.

• Prepare scripts and executions using scriptingtools (LR, JMeter)

• Performdetailed analysis of test data and traceability matrix.

• Analyze andmitigatecomplex problems/issues arising as a result of test failures,identify bottlenecks, work with development to resolve issues.

• Identifyload testing scenarios and profiles

• Buildandconfigure test systems and environments

• Analyzesusage patterns of both the product and the platform and translate that intoperformance optimizations.

• Determineshow to meet growing capacity requirements while ensuring reliability within theplatform.

• Designs andmaintains tools for reporting on performance metrics.

• ReportPerformance measuring metrics on time with due diligence.

Qualifications

• Strong experiencewith performance testing & Load testing on any platform.

• Provenexperience planning, developing and collaborating on test automation frameworksand test suites.

• Ability towork with a multi-site / co-located multinational team

• Experiencewith tuning, testing, benchmarking and troubleshooting software configurationsand an understanding of multi-tiered/Service Oriented architecturesandhow each component/layer affects performance

• Performance/load,volume, and scalability testing

• Experiencewithdefect tracking tools and trending

• Strongexperience with using Load Runner for performance testing with experience inWeb/HTTP, Webservices and Ajax Protocol

• Excellentunderstanding of languages such as Java & Java script frameworks.

• Passion foraligning quality goals to business goals

• Provensuccess working collaboratively within cross-functional and intercultural teamsbased on strong team spirit, solid work ethic and good communication

• Experienceinto performance engineering

• Experiencewith cloud based applications.
