Job Description

• Candidate should have strong experience in Oracle PL/Sql and Shell Scripting and who will be groomed in JDA Dispatcher
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting including DB analysis and reading system logs to identify and solve complex support issues
• IT Infrastructure - Work with all levels of the Global Infrastructure teams to ensure prioritization and delivery of activities to agreed processes and service levels
• Understands compliance and regulatory rules, ensures compliance as directed by manager
• Provide on-call support for assigned functional areas on regular basis
• Ability to accommodate flexible work schedules to meet support levels for globally deployed applications; JDA Dispatcher and Discrete
• Able to complete daily activities with minimal supervision related to prioritization and expected delivery
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to handle multiple complex problems
• Ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize work
• Enthusiastically tackles challenging assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and creative mind-set
• Good team working skills; keen to share knowledge with others
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) functional knowledge is preferable
• Open to work in UK Shift (1-10 PM).
