Job Summary

Job Description

  • Maintaining CMDs agenda and assist in planning appointments, Board Meetings, Conferences & so on
  • Conducting Minutes of Meetings & circulating meeting notes along with the action steps
  • Working closely and ensuring that all the MIS reaches to CMD's office on time
  • Managing confidential documents ensuring they remain safe
  • Supervising and prioritizing all outgoing and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letter, faxes and posts)
  • Performing travel arrangements for CMD and also Travel with CMD when required
  • Maintaining electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Working as a single point of contact for smooth functioning of all the team members and clients
  • Attending meetings and social event with the CMD and managing CMD s approvals
  • Administering Petty cash of day-to-day office expense
  • Providing secretarial & administrative support to all parts of the businesses like marketing, branding and other resources
  • Collaborating with various departments to get the things done
  • Executing department procedures and policies as needed.
  • Coordinating with the CMD to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments & responsibilities and ensuring the CMD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in
  • Examining tasks delegated by the Chairman and executive staff and ensuring that completed work is achieved to agreed deadlines
  • Coordinating with Chairman towards growth targets of the company and various strategies to meet these goals
  • Controlling social media accounts such as LinkedIn, facebook, twitter & so on for the company
  • Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Maintaining internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners and organizing filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Scheduling meetings, audio & video conferencing and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Preparing business reviews & presentations, managing VIP visits & arranging business lunch / dinner
  • Streamlining systems with proven capability to enhance administrative effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameter

Salary : 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
Qualification :
Any Graduate
Experience Required :

4 to 8 Years
