Job Summary

Job Description

  • Strong awareness of the Grievance management and Regulations around it.
  • Acknowledge on call and then resolve customer grievances.
  • Following up with internal and external stakeholders to get cases resolved on priority
  • Do root cause analysis of all complaints and share the errors at various departments
  • To prepare internal as well as Regulatory reports of customer grievances team
  • Ensure that Compliance policies are adhered to while processing Grievances.
  • Ensure end to end resolution for our customers
  • Do root cause analysis to ensure that errors are not repeated in future
  • Communicate with customers over call and email to address their grievances.
  • Conducting huddles, briefings/de-briefings, trainings and presentations
  • Have an attitude to support the team in times of need
  • Keeping track of Turnaround times
  • Ensure 95% above quality scores
  • Resolving complaints to customers satisfaction

Salary : 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
Qualification :
Any Graduate
Experience Required :

3 to 8 Years
