  • We are hiring for the role of Sales Manager (B2B) to lead the sales team at Gudur, Andhra Pradesh location.
  • The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Job Description:
  • Responsible for executing effective sales & marketing strategies.
  • Increase sales in the territory by generating business and promote new products.
  • Maintain good relationship with the customers, negotiate and close the deals using appropriate business methods.
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities. Generate new leads by applying effective strategies.
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrating product features to customers.
  • Completing order forms and submitting them for processing.
  • Reaching monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Collections and follow-up of receivables
  • Scheme Management: Rollout schemes & offers, if any.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - sales skill with 1+ years experience

Preferred - High school or equivalent or higher education

Required - Located in Gudur,Nellore

Preferred - Good command over Engl ish,Hindi,Telugu
