What Youll Be Doing:

  • You will be responsible for providing technical support for all our software products. You will be making sure that our prospective and existing customers are getting the highest level of service possible as they deploy our technology.
  • You will also be responsible to productize and provide pre-sales support to our customers. You might be enlisted to assist in various projects such as software testing, systems administration, release management, infrastructure/process design, deployment, and documentation
  • Communicate via web-based applications and phone to resolve customer issues
  • Provide Remote Support via remote access software
  • Improve the knowledge base and documentation of products to help customers
  • Replicate customer environments to enable the replication and debugging of customer issues
  • Help improve and streamline internal processes
  • Verify bugs raised against products
  • You demonstrate the ability to provide world-class customer service and put the customers needs first
  • You are able to communicate with local and global teams via verbal and written communication
  • You demonstrate the ability to gather relevant information and diagnose issues effectively and efficiently
  • You are able to solve problems and learn new technologies

What We Expect You To Have:

  • Autonomous
  • Curiosity, interest in emerging technologies, and a willingness to learn
  • Experience as a support/test/network engineer or systems administrator
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Adhere to process and culture, team player
  • Knowledge of one or more foreign languages
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu, Shell) and windows serve command-line.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VOIP, Storage)
  • Knowledge of any of the following technologies: AWS, SQL databases, Apache Tomcat, Web technologies, Java, intrusion detection systems, packet monitoring (Wireshark), Cloud Computing
  • Experience in working with issue tracking software
  • Must have an understanding of VOIP, Networking, SIP, codecs, sip trunking, OrecX integration exp. with Nice Incontact and with Variant and JSON
