• Responsible to develop, Guide and support to Team & marketing related activities in right direction.
• Motivate the team in positive way to work properly.
• Fulfill the requirements & their skills.
• Preparing marketing strategy to increase student s footfalls for MBA/PGDM admission and doing Branding promotional activities of IBS Business School through conducting various programs.
• Responsible for complete seats student admission of MBA/PGDM courses for IBS Responsible for generating leads for admissions.
• Responsible for doing Parents & Students counseling for closing admissions.
• Responsible for Colleges & tuition classes tie ups.
• Responsible for conducting Student Development Program, Faculty Development Program, Employee Development Program & Vacations Camp.
• Responsible for generating leads and participants for all above mentioned programs.
• Responsible for smooth operations including administration.
• Responsible for taking Mentor & Mentee session throughout the year for students grooming & Placements.
• Responsible for maintaining & developing corporate people relations for students Placement as well as future programs invitees
