Job Summary
  • Project Manager for the projects allocated.
  • Preparation of Project timelines on study confirmation.
  • Facilitate receipt of the required test item/standards/raw materials and related documents from the sponsor and ensuring that the labelling and details of the test item correlate with the received documents.
  • Scheduling telecons between the sponsor and the technical team to discuss the status of on-going projects/resolve issues/ bottlenecks (if any).
  • Co-ordinate sponsor visit, logistics etc., prepare Minutes of Meeting and follow up on the action item decided.
  • Dispatching reports/compounds/slides as per need of the sponsor with the relevant documents.
  • Follow up with technical teams for timely report submission/study completion and for QAU audit completion of documents.
  • Correspondence on study updates and follow-up with the sponsor for any pending documents.
  • Facilitate inter and intra department coordination for smooth functioning for project completion.
  • Update the Project Management Master Schedule for theallocate projects.
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly PM reports.

Qualification :
M.Sc Life science / M Pharm / MBA / PG in Chemistry
Experience Required :

2 to 3 Years
