Job Description Plan Supplier assessment audit & communicate to relevant SST Leader and supplier Conduct supplier on-site audit as per standards & communicate actual scoring and non-conformance Assist PPL to select qualified supplier for new product development Validate development drawing & standards before handover to user/supplier Plan & follow daily development validation plan Ensure all tasks are carry out as per the development flow & no deviation in the flow Provide help to SST to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure no delay in development plan Plan & do Validation of all development lot Involve PPAP validation plan Conduct PPAP study as per plan & give feedback to PPL Handle, Motivate and coach the team to improve team effectiveness
