Job Description Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and gauges basic design, manufacturing through outsourcing on time Faster Product refresh through proper planning and execution Process planning for new products including process capability. Process costing, Co-ordination with Supplier for Projects activities & Process hand-over. Zero Base costing Sourcing of new suppliers and developing them towards long term association. APQP, Time plan, Project Management and preparing project status for review. Handling project CFT and get the work done Planning of Risk and mitigation plan Planning and monitoring of projects from RFQ to Handover Zero Base costing Projects, Part, Process & Etc,. Knowledge on Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and gauges basic design, manufacturing Knowledge on PPAP, change management, Problem solving skills Co-ordination with team and supplier for Projects activities. Sourcing of new suppliers and developing them towards long term association.
