Job Description Planning & Executing Time study / motion studies of process at supplier end. Solving disputes of supplier related to time studies. BOM generation & modifications. Costing for new component & w.r.t. the time study. Capacity Planning of suppliers. Achieving cost cut targets thru cost cut and waste cut proposals. Online Process problem solving at supplier. Supplier Quality Audit, Supplier Rating. Press tools/Jigs - Fixtures, Gauges Handover co-ordination with Process. Generate proposals & CI to achieve cost cuts & increase productivity through process audit. Process audit & Co-ordination for Continuous Improvement activities. Root cause analysis and execution of corrective and preventive actions. Document preparation & updation accordingly. Take Review of team members. Providing training to team member. Candidate Profile: BE /DME with minimum 2- 4 years experience. Male candidates upto 28 years of age. Core knowledge Precision sheet metal parts. Own Vehicle must. Good problem solving, communication, co-ordination skills required.
