Job Summary

Job brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet new customer acquisitions, grow existing customers to a new level and generate business revenue targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative in the IT market. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing new business from the potential customers (new and existing), crafting sales plans, maintaining excellent customer & OEM relations and justifying the work performance and daily plans in business conversions to the higher management.
Sales Manager Responsibilities include:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the customers, selling OEM Products & Solutions (Servers, Storage, Active & Passive, Network Switch, Firewall, Routers, Softwares, Security, AMC and other services)
Planning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence with negotiation skills and order closures.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the focussed OEMs and understanding their set of rules of engagement, sales team , sales hierarchy, policies and customer base as per line of products.
Present sales opportunities, committed revenue and monthly sales closed reports and realistic forecasts to the management and authorised sales teams.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements
B Tech, MBA or others stream in business administration or a related field.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous trainings, self-education through OEM workshops, online trainings, sessions, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels for the sales cycle flow from a qualified potential customer lead to deal closure.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from sales plan to sales closure.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent communication, IT Infra sales experience, sales negotiation skills and customer management.


Minimum qualification requirement
  • Preferred - sales IT Domain And Customer Facing skill with 3+ years experience
  • Required - Located in Gurgaon OR Dehi
