# Responsibilities Selected applicants day-to-day responsibilities include: - Handle a team of 10 managers to complete day-to-day marketing activities - Manage a team of over 500 interns in a region - Ensure that the creative marketing campaigns result in traction on the platform - Set up a team of ambassadors in colleges all across India - Ensure the targets by the interns are completed on a daily basis - Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior management at companies and educational institutes through email, telephonic or face-to-face conversations. - Revenue Generation: Responsible for generating sales revenue by developing online opportunities. - Strategy Planning: Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for the acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objectives. - Sales Forecasting and target achievement: Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods, and generate the targeted revenues. - Initiating phone conversations with prospective members who fill up the lead forms - Following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle - Achieving weekly targets in a fast-paced environment - Ensuring brand-standard experience of prospective members and sharing more about the benefits #
