Job Summary

Role: Sales/Business Development Manager

Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development

Education: Any Graduate in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
  • Responsible for marketing of IT Services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, Salesforce CRM & Data Analytics in International and domestic Markets.
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
  • Identify Key Decision Makers (CXO level) by performing research and using prospecting tools.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
  • Create reports, Presentations, Content and Email Campaigns.
  • Analyse business systems and functions; assists in identifying client requirements and provides appropriate documentation for contract and pricing propositions.
  • Nurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts of all sizes.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast.
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.
  • Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts are done smoothly and effectively.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and excitement that drives high-customer and employee satisfactionPerformClient-need Analysis, track their pain-points to develop a reach-out strategy.

Required Candidate profile

  • Strong experience in Software sales. With a proven track record.
  • Experienced -2+ years in SAAS/selling Software Solutions including both transactional sales and strategic selling experience.
  • Must have good knowledge of how to work with enterprise software solutions and clients / prospects with varying size organizations.
  • Rich experience in international and Domestic sales through tele-calling, email marketing & professional networking portals like LinkedIn.
  • Intelligent conversational skill, Extremely pleasant demeanour, with a convincing attitude
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in client's mission.
  • Domain -Experience with analytics, data, databases or business intelligence preferred
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Experience selling Software In fintech space will be an added advantage
  • MBA from a reputable institute is an added advantage
