JOB PROFILE

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting preferred
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Assist in due-diligence reviews of acquisitions as needed
• Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software systems.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Responsible for month-end close and reporting for assigned properties
• Update projected cash flow schedules
• Month-end reporting and presentation to management
• Assist Controller and division leaders as needed
• Ensure inter-company balances are reconciled and paid timely
• Reconciled all balance sheet accounts and applicable income statement accounts
• Assist in quarterly reporting requirements and ensure compliance in accounting process and procedures
