JOB PROFILE
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of ERP
- Complete knowledge of Realty Business
- Manage Client relations, follow-up for payments& resolve customer quries.
- Monitoring billing processing of monthly payments.
- Co-coordinating for registration of the customers.
- MIS reporting through tracking report, collection reports.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Pleasing Personality / Good Looking.
- Should be Proactive, Soft Spoken, Detail Oriented, Tactful, Calm, Punctual and Disciplined.
- Attend to customer query at the desk.
- Ensure Delightful Customer Interaction at all touch points.
