Job Description:

  • To carry out customer support activities by individual and team responsibilities
  • To complete the task undertaken within the shortest possible time frame
  • To regularly meet the clients and update them on our new products and Services.
  • New installations according to new business / sales
  • Preventive Maintenance of Systems under warranty and AMC to be planned and executed as per signed SLAs
  • All Service calls to be attended as per QC Policy
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required Processing of orders received.
  • He should be ready to travel anywhere in India
