Senior Software Engineer

• SW Technology & Platform Leadership Capability to work under tight deadlines and responding to changing business conditions
• Define and Execute Global SW Platform strategies and continual improvement in technology, software development processes and Tools
• Establish & execute software platform efforts for an industry leading User Experience/Workflow and application development & delivery framework that is scalable across the product portfolio
• Drive innovation and growth -through a culture of external focus, innovation and championing translation of new technologies/ideas into competitive differentiators
• Instill a rigorous approach to SW design reliability, support target costing for new products & cost out of existing products
• Drive a culture that ensures outstanding compliance and adherence to product quality in all areas for the Quality Management System in Evolute
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to work and achieve results in cross-functional teams across Evolute
• Vendor management and procurement management capability within the domain

Skills Required

• Experience in product development in E-Commerce, SaaS, Payments, Cloud ERP etc.
• Experience with managing and leading IT projects and teams is a must
• Should have executed the projects as per the design life cycle with software architecture defining domain expertise
• Strong working experience with in Mobile Applications, Android platform, Java/J2ME, C, C++, Linux, various OS porting knowledge, Application porting, Device drivers, payment gateway and switch integration, Firmware, Protocol Stack/Application Interface development, Hardware software Integration, embedded Security Protocols for devices and web platforms, EMV L3 application development and MDM solutions .
• Should have knowledge on EMV L1, EMV L2 certification, Rupay, Qspark, Contactless L1 certification, PayWave certification, PayPass certification, PCI/PTS certification, UIDAI RD service management and Management server. Basic knowledge on mechanical design and knowledge on product certification needs would be an addition advantage
• Proficient in Technologies like Embedded platform knowledge, Hardware basics, Embedded Assembly language, IOT device development, cloud computing, blockchain crypto currencies like etherium, Bitcoin and knowledge on Fintech Indian&global industry would be an added advantage
• Very strong business acumen and driven to deliver an optimal user experience
• Experience in some of these areas would be advantageous:
  1. Machine Learning / AI / Data analytics
  2. Block Chain Technology
  3. EBPP (Electronic Billing Presentment and Payment) systems

Qualification

• Engineering Degree/Masters in Electronics and communication
• E&E
• Computer Science or Instrumentation Technology
