Practice-Head will work with sales, delivery, operations, and partners / vendors to address the business, operational and technical requirements of the customers The role requires a very strong understanding of various security technologies including Security Operations with SIEM (McAfee, ArcSight, RSA, Q Radar, etc), Identity & Access Management Solutions, End Point Security Solutions & Data Loss Prevention Solutions. Ability to create differentiated information security solutions, Security As Services Model for customers, propagate & popularize them with customers. Expert knowledge of On-prem Security and Cloud Security is mandatory. The ideal candidate may need to play a consultative role if needed and collaborate with customer teams and lead/mentor as appropriate besides making necessary presentations to the prospects/customers for capability demonstration. The Practice Head is required to work and collaborate closely with peers across Bus, practices to create leading edge, innovative and pragmatic solutions for the customers. Practice Security / Head is expected to be versatile who will handle practice development, pre-sale function, customer interactions, technical delivery ownership, willingness to learn emerging technologies and build next generation Infosec solutions. Team management Strong collaborative approach and ability to work with all the stakeholders while adhering to tight deadlines in a highly dynamic environment Represent the company in various Technical and customer forums on technology thought leadership. Good understanding of cloud security architectural design & technologies, incident response processes, and cyber-attack vectors
