5+ years of relevant experience in implementing data quality and data governance standards, policies, and support models to achieve business objectives Experience in working with Insurance & Healthcare / Banking & Finance / Retail & Logistics / Energy & Utility Domains Mandatory SkillsFunctional & Technical Experience Works with leadership to identify data domains and domain leads, owners, and stewards to assists in the development and delivery of data governance modules Works with business owners to define and establish data quality rules and definitions to align with organizational strategies and goals Work with business teams & data teams on data governance concepts, explaining the benefits of data governance policies and procedures within the context of the user's needs Exposure to data quality, data sharing and Metadata program including Business Data Element Glossary and Data Lineage Experience in in implementing /rolling out the end-to-end data governance solution Good knowledge on database & Data Modeling concepts Evaluating & finalizing the data governance tools based on the business needs Collaborates with Data Leads, Data Analyst, and IT team to ensure data quality and availability Create artifacts surrounding best practices and standards related to data tools and technologies Experience working with Data Governance Tools: Informatica Axon / Collibra / Alteryx / IBM Governance Suite / Talend Data Quality Tools: Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) / Talend DQ / DQS / IBM Information Analyzer Databases: Cloud Data Warehouse Databases / Relation Databases
