Knowledge & Experience of managing and maintaining Microsoft Windows environments Based on Windows 2008/2008 R2 Based on Windows 2012/2016/18 Strong understanding in the compatibility and challenge between 32-Bit and 64-Bit Terminal Server Systems Extensive knowledge of Active Directory migration ADFS would be added advantage Knowledge in patching (SCCM/WSUS or manual patching) In depth knowledge and troubleshooting of Group policies Good understanding and troubleshooting of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and DFSR Good knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Clusters Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Services Support experience on remote tools like RSA, ILO Operating System Performance Tuning, Hardening of server Serve as SME for planning, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a server infrastructure Developing technical standards and procedures Maintaining and operating servers and related activities such as providing server, printer, storage, email access, security backup and password administration, monitoring and troubleshooting using established processes and methods Providing technical consultation and solutions for technical issues. Analyzing server operating system software, primarily Microsoft Windows Server, and related hardware performance and capacity utilizing software and hardware tools Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the infrastructure applications, such as Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix, VMware, Active Directory, Lync etc. Troubleshoot and repair problems with servers, server hardware, software, SAN storage, and network issues. Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory security. Develop policies such as backup procedures, security, access permissions, and group policies
