Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties in our kochi- Kadavanthara, An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees working in UK in different care homes, nursing homes, hospitals and, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions and documentation of employees to our software are most of your job role. Requirements: Great Communication skills in English Language Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Staff Documentation in our software Keep update on Staffs various documents and licenses expiry time. Continuous communication with the staffs for updating the documents if its expired. Be a part of recruitment for UK staffs Messages and emails for updated policy to staffs Staff notifications and Alerts need to timely updated to all staffs Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, inductions and trainings Co-ordinate with operations departments for staffing solutions Communicate with employees in the absence of HR Manager Updating of Staff contracts time to time. Staff Transportation Updation Able to conduct online interviews using App like ZOOM or SKYPE and Provide induction with the same.
