ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruiting candidates for our clients from Multiple Industries (IT, Healthcare & Non-IT).
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum educational criteria is Bachelor Degree / Diploma holders or equivalent experience.
• Excellent fluency in English communication is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
