What you will do Content Leadership: Lead the creation and distribution of meaningful, sector-specific multi-channel content that caters to the unique needs of Indian small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as startups. Video Oversight: Coordinate with the design team and, if applicable, external agencies to produce high-quality video content aimed at engaging and educating our target market. Social Media Governance: Oversee LinkedIn and other social media marketing efforts, ensuring they are integrated within the larger content strategy. Corporate Liaison: Act as the linchpin between BimaKavach and external PR agencies, ensuring all corporate communications are strategically aligned with our company goals. Web Custodian: Maintain a laser focus on content quality and relevance on our website, turning it into an indispensable resource for different types of businesses in India. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to create persuasive sales collateral that addresses specific industries, sizes, and pain points. Customer Engagement: Regularly update our audience with timely newsletters and email communications that cover current BFSI events and how they impact our diverse customer base What qualifications we are looking for: Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years in marketing with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in the BFSI sector will be a significant advantage. Education: A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential; an MBA helps, but is not necessary. Technical Skills: Proficiency in essential marketing tools like content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms is a must. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, a knack for clear communication, and the ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Personal Traits: Financial acumen, a genuine interest in the BFSI sector, and a proactive approach to industry shifts and challenges.
