Job Summary
Job Description
- Single Point of Contact for Zoho One suite implementation and maintenance
- Understand Business Requirements and Perform Business Analysis
- Identify the Risks proactively and Take Corrective Actions
- Manage the project Quality, meet delivery timeline and estimates
- Implementation, customization and administration of suite of Zoho one applications including ZOHO CRM, recruit,workdrive,forms Analytics, Projects, Desk, Books
- Understand the business process and requirements of the team and implement and customize various modules (CRM, Sales, Accounts, HR etc)
- Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates
- Effectively utilize modules features to automate various business processes. ZOHO Social, SalesIQ, Analytics and Reports
- Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the organization
- Develop custom CRM features and functionalities in support of customer needs
- Lead the delivery of projects and solutions to completion in a team environment while demonstrating a consultative personality, leadership mindset, and collaborative communication style
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CRM Implementation and project management experience
- Experience/ Understanding of Events & Conference Company is a plus
- Experience with setup and implement ZOHO CRM and other business apps would be a big help
- High degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness and business ethics
- Must possess strong leadership and change management skills and will work with the teams to effect successful upgrades/changes in the ERP system
- Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience in Lead generation and email marketing
