Job Summary


As an HR Manager, your role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing exceptional internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. You will understand business priorities and translate them into HR agenda to effectively support the organisation.

What will you do?

  • You will create and maintain company policies that nurtures and values the company culture
  • You will drive effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • You will monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • You will interface at all levels of the organization in the form of HR Connects
  • You will guide the HR operations team to resolve employee queries on Freshdesk by adhering to SLAs
  • You will prepare and present monthly HR metrics and reports
  • You will assist the organization with workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and talent development
  • You will conduct HR round for candidates, champion employee onboarding process, conduct employee exit interviews
  • You will have hands-on experience implementing HRMS

What do we look for?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or another relevant field.
  • You have 8 plus years in HR operations and leadership role
  • You have experience leading and developing HR and operations professionals
  • You have the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures
  • You have a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and are result-oriented
  • You have fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive
  • You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You have a strong internal and external customer service focus
