What you will do?

• Hardware Troubleshooting
• End-user Management (Brief scope of work):
• General Application Installation & Upgrades
• Software Installation & Upgrades
• Hardware Installation & Upgrades
• Antivirus Installation and troubleshooting
  
• Hardware support for the above equipment diagnosing the problem and getting the same resolved.
• Support on desktop OS software-based
• Support on Mail, VPN client on the systems
• Ensure response to request Configuring the printer and resolving printing problems of users
• Installation support for new systems provided by End User
• Problem related to Local Area Network connectivity.
• General maintenance of server & Networking
• IT Operations & Networks: Installation and troubleshooting

What are we looking for?

• Applicants with 1-3 years of experience can apply (from tech / non-tech graduate programs )
• Prior experience in Fixing network faults and network maintenance
• Prior experience in Troubleshooting various network and end-user devices.
• Prior experience of designing and implementing complex Cable Networks
• Should have an aptitude towards Configuring and managing end-user / network devices and hardware.
• Should have excellent time-management skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products, i.e. Word, Excel, etc
• Should be a go-getter, ability to work independently is a must
• Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
