Job Summary
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Undertake A/B and Multivariate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously manage key conversion points and improve website experiences and conversions.
- Develop and improve methods for measuring the impact of Marketing campaigns.
- Conduct post-program analysis of all marketing programs/ campaigns.
- Audit and evaluate existing marketing technology stack with respect to lead processing, measurement instrumentation, automation capabilities, and overall value to the business.
What we are looking for?
- Has 2-4 years experience working with a SaaS company in marketing ops, growth marketingperformance marketing for B2B audience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Tool agnostic and have extensive experience managing a CRM highly desired.
- Knowledgeable in best practices across various marketing channels: website, email, digital advertising, social media, SEO.
- Has a flair for communication messaging and is willing to constantly experiment.
- Proficient in Google Data Studio or similar data visualization tools and spreadsheets (Excel).
- A go-getter with can-do mentality.
But the most important quality of this person will be the ability to stay curious and enjoy learning about new technologies and their application and impact on business.
