Job Summary


  • Create & Maintain a Runbook for Voice & SMS Compliance
  • Keep Track of all (Open) Complaints for Voice & SMS
  • Client communication to resolve NDNC Compliance with support of concerned CS - AMs
  • Keep a log of Vendor List, and ensure a record of necessary NDA & MSAs
  • Data Analysis and Process Adherence
  • Prepare a daily, weekly, and monthly dashboard for the management and have daily sync up with the reporting manager on the progress on open issues.
  • Working closely with the Internal/External Stakeholders, manage engagement with one (or possibly more depending on the scale of the project) stakeholders to establish strong working relationships.

What we look for?

  • Freshers/applicants with a max of 5 years of experience can apply (from tech / non-tech graduate programs )
  • Prior experience in Support/Compliance Adherence roles will be an added advantage.
  • Should have an aptitude towards data and analysis
  • Should have excellent time-management skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products, i.e. Word, Excel, etc
  • Should be a go-getter, ability to work independently is a must
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
