About the role

SEO specialist is a job that touches upon identifying new opportunities to scale the lead acquisition by managing organic growth for our international product offering (US/UK/Canada/ Australia and SEA).

What you will do?

  • Build a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the international enterprise sales and international inside sales team via organic channels.
  • Take complete ownership of maintaining Exotel international websites creating of landing pages and optimizing it as per best practices.
  • Keep a close eye on every website volume performance, conversions and page(s) performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for search engine optimisation.
  • Review website analytics to understand business impact and inform future content creation decisions.
  • Continuously research, analyze, and benchmark against competitor performance.
  • Execute A/B testing, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Setup, maintain and optimize automated funnels to nurture leads and market content for international websites.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders ensuring the sites are up and running with zero downtime and take initiative for any quick fixes required.
  • Prepare monthly performance dashboard with insights on marketing metrics, SERP and next action plan.

What we are looking for?

  • Has 2-4 years experience working with a SaaS company in developing and executing SEO campaigns for international websites.
  • Proficiency in WordPress is mandatory with hands on experience in creating and updating landing pages.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Familiar with market automation tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

But the most important quality of this person will be passion for learning new trends in the digital landscape, with ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of the team.
