Job Summary

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking for growth. ExpansionJS has a family style atmosphere where we all push each other to succeed. As a member of the Sales Development team, you will be responsible for contacting customers (from new leads to inactive customers who will need to be re-engaged) and setting them up for appointments with our Sales Representatives. This position is from 9:00pm to 5:00am Monday through Friday and is a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and qualify leads

Contact prospects via phone/email/text and qualify with pertinent questions

Provide accurate product information based upon prospect use cases

Schedule meetings with the Sales Representatives

Update SalesForce to ensure the team is working with consistent and accurate

information

Provide general administrative support to customers

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)

At least 1 year of customer service experience

SalesForce CRM knowledge preferred but not mandatory (will train)

Sales background preferred

  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
