Hotwires Cloud and Infrastructure team provides the platform needed to test, deliver, monitor and analyze Hotwire services in a rapid, highly available, performant and secure manner. We work across all of e-commerce and analytics, and our domain includes systems and network services, configuration management, identity and access management, monitoring and more. Were seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our team. Are you obsessed with automation and cloud architecture? What you'll do:

• You practice methodologies for developing scalable and resilient public cloud-based platforms.
• You make quick decisions as well as thoughtful, well researched plans.
• You research, implement and improve a range of cutting-edge technologies.
• You know your way around AWS services, design patterns and deployment strategies.
• You have Clear and confident interpersonal and communications skills.

Who you are- You'll fit if you have

• Experience designing AWS-based services with 2+ years of Enterprise experience. Solid Linux systems knowledge
• Strong experience with Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or similar config management tools.
• Experience with Cloud Formation or Terraform.
• Strong containers technology experience. (ECS/Docker)
• Programming Language experience in Python.
• Scripting experience in Ruby, Bash, or similar.
• Willing to be on-call on rotation basis.
• Record with researching, implementing and improving technologies.
• Professional experience in 24x7 enterprise environments.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding.
• AWS Certified Professionals.
• Deep knowledge of automation for cloud-based file and sync capabilities, cloud content security and protection, cloud-based archiving, cloud-based application workflow and content management.
• Solid technical knowledge of low-level virtualization technologies.
• Networking Experience: IP network architecture, Layer 2-4 protocols.
