Job Summary

Responsibilities:

You will be able to analyze EG people data specifically related to leadership and learning priorities - and communicate insights to Talent Leadership Team and People AnalyticsYou will be able to create new reporting solutions across multiple mediums & employ appropriate visualization, usability, & logicYou will be able to represent People Analytics in x-group collaborationsYou will partner with other People Analytics and COE/Line analysts to create comprehensive analyses, and be knowledgeable about multiple HR functionsYou will analyze EG people data and be able to glean key insights and drivers of general org health and specific business questions/goals in partnership with PA PartnersYou will use EG tools and reporting to respond to ad hoc data questions from HR leaders and managersYou will support & partner with other members of People Analytics on ad hoc analysis & delivery

Experience and Qualification:

Understanding of HR-specific data and an ability to craft insights at the EI and cross-division levelsExcel and PowerPoint acumen, specifically related to working with large data setsExperience developing dashboards and enhancing current reporting, using Workday, Tableau, etc.Robust communication skills capable of delivering analysis to leaders and HRAbility to manipulate & interpret data and resulting insights, with passion for talent metrics & travel industryAbility to craft insights at the EG and org/geo levels, and share with HR org & leverage Workday, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting toolsBA/BS in Business Administration, Info/Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered 3-5 years of customer-facing business analyst experience, ideally with HR exposure
