We are seeking a strong Sr. TPM to join a hardworking group of engineers/technologists in building foundational core services for the Conversation Platform supporting EG !

Who you are:

  • 7+ years technical program management experience in enterprise quality software
  • BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related subject area
  • Identity and Access Management understanding and worked on patterns to build a secure platform
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture for sophisticated and highly scalable web and mobile applications
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and services
  • Confirmed experience of product leadership. Ability to lead and influence teams
  • Love for formulating product vision demonstrating research and metrics, getting agreement from key partners across the organization, and translating this vision into a tangible roadmap
  • Strong communication and partnership skills- this will be a very multi-functional role, with partner teams spanning multiple offices globally
  • Experience managing projects across multi-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Shown self-discipline, dependability and accountability
  • Experience in agile software development processes and working optimal in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - should be able to bring forward a vision or opinion
  • Interest in learning and aiming increasingly sophisticated tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours at times, to support a geographically distributed team

What you will do:

  • Build vision for the Identity & Access (IAM) capability on Conversation Platform. Challenge the status quo, and inspire people toward a unified outcome
  • Collaborate across cross teams to convert business requirements to tech requirements
  • Evangelize and support operational model of IAM and define extensibility to support the Platform
  • Work with the Conversation Platform teams to establish secure access patterns for sophisticated multi-participant scenarios
  • Being responsible for the product vision and clearly articulating the strategy to management
  • Create clear goals for the team. Efficiently execute to ship product and deliver impact for our business and users in alignment with the Platform roadmap
  • Business & product roadmap planning, developing features and defining requirements
  • Preparing launch plans, resolving release goals, and prioritizing features
  • Developing and using metrics to constantly improve the business
  • Working with global cross-platform teams to drive adoption
