Role: Performance Test Lead

Total Experience: 5 - 11 yrs.

Relevant Experience: 6 - 8 yrs.

Requirements:

• Performance Testers with minimum 5 to 8 yrs. of relevant experience in performance testing
• Excellent skills in Performance Testing using any one of the following tools NeoLoad, Load Runner &JMeter (JMeter Preferably)
• Good experience in Web, mobile, webservices/ REST, SAP Performance Testing
• Should be strong in developing test scripts, completing script enhancements Correlation, Parameterisation, Error Handling, Configure data mining
• Experience in developing & implementing Script CICD Framework for Performance Test Scripts
• Experience in different programming languages like C, Java
• Experience in creating workload model and recommend strategies for testing, including the creation of necessary test data.
• Should be well versed in defining and implementing different testing processes
• Should be well versed into performance bottlenecks analysis leveraging a variety of skills and tool sets on multiple platforms
• Should be good at Performance Analysis / Monitoring
• Should have good experience in end-to-end performance evaluation of application in on-premises and cloud infrastructure
• Should have good experience in application monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Perfmon
• Should be solution-oriented and have problem solving aptitude
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Performance tuning will be an advantage
