Role : Test Manager

Experience : 8 -10 Yrs.

Job Requirements:

The person should be completely responsible for:

• Hands-on experience on Health domain and relevant health domain testing standards like HIPPA, HL7 etc.
• Should be well versed with Agile methodology
• Should have functional Testing of the web & mobile application
• Test Planning & Execution
• All kind of Test Reporting, test management metrics
• Co-ordination with Customer on Testing activities
• Test Data planning and preparation
• Creation of review of test cases / test procedures
• Good communication and team management skills
• Planning and executing regression testing
• Awareness of basic SQL / Database queries and database testing
• Awareness of DevOps testing practise

Good to have:

• Experience in test automation
• Experience in doing performance / load testing
• Experience in doing non-functional testing
• Experience database testing
• Preferably a PMP certified
• Scrum Master certification will be an advantage
