Prepare (for NPI) & maintain (@ LCM) technical, financial & logistic information of spare part in SAP MPD, PMDA.
Represents interest of DXR service for completeness of FRU master data in CCB.
Transfers FRU information to SAP MP1 / CORE.
Acts as 4th line helpdesk support for questions of FSE on FRU identification & availability.
Linking pin between BU DXR & SPS planning for NPI ramp-up, stock optimization, excess avoidance, supports PLCM.
Maintains eSPF data.
">KPI :Quality of FRU information (# of field feedbacks, reported errors / complaints), Backorders.
">Technical Skills :In depth knowledge of SAP structures & different queries , reports. Knowledge of Physical block structures in SAP, Knowledge of service processes, Logistics process & physical distribution process for Spares.
">Behavioral Skills :Quality mindset, Attention to details, hardworking, Continuous working on PC with reasonable breaks.
Qualification : Engineering Graduate : Electronics, Software , Mechanical, Biomedical Engg. Certification course in technical writing / Post graduation in technical writing
