Job Summary Designation:Client Servicing Director Reporting to : Managing Partner (Mumbai) Location:Mumbai(Khar West ) Experience:10+ yrs Qualification:In relevant field of study Key brands: Keys Hotel, Aegon, Tata Aig, Runwal Developers and Rcity+ any new business comes up. Job Responsibilities:

• Be the Brand custodian of the assigned client
• Seamlessly take charge of day to day servicing role for clients in the group from brief to execution.
• Responsible for work delivery and stakeholder management internally & at client side.
• Work with the planning team on brand strategy
• Build strong relationships at client side at appropriate level.
• Work delivery,billing, collections andstakeholder management should be at prompt
• Relationships with other people in the organization
• Ensure excellent commercial management of the businesses
• Participate in the development of creative work that is worthy of submission at awards
• Promote the Agency to the client to reinforce confidence & grow the business.
• Achieve regular recognition of the agency s work from Clients & Industry.
• Work along with the management team on new business

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Excellent in communication level
• Should interact with clients at appropriate level
• Should have worked in agencies of repute.
• Exposure to pure ATL from Mainline Advertising
• Educational qualification in relevant field of study

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
