Job Summary
Job brief:
1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
3. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
4. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
5. Performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
6. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
7. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
8. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
9. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
10. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
11. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
2. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
3. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
4. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
5. Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
6. Experience on tools like google data studio, Microsoft power BI, tableau Qlikview.
7. Design and maintain reporting dashboards through fetching data from apps(Google, IOS, webapp, website)
8. Preferred exposure into tools like Nosql, wordpress, Reactjs, Mongo, Node, etc.
