About the Role
Weblink.in Pvt. Ltd. is an established IT organization based in West Delhi, Kirti Nagar. We are looking for Telecaller & Business Development Executives (Night Shift) to handle outbound telesales and membership sales for our IT products and web portal.
If you have excellent communication skills, experience in telesales, and a passion for customer interaction, we d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Online Sales
Handle outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling).
Promote and sell membership services for our IT products & web portal.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Sales & Business Development
Understand customer needs and suggest the best membership plans.
Convert leads into sales and meet revenue targets.
Provide accurate information about products & services.
Customer Engagement
Handle queries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls and emails.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
Candidates with a calling background are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Female candidates preferred.
Must be from Delhi/NCR.
