Job Summary The Job requires

Position Summary

Lead and enable the project plans by creating and monitoring an efficient streamlined process, and guide cross-functional teams to meet the defined goals.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Develop and oversee the project plans based on estimates of scope, time, cost (resource) requirements and define clear deliverables

  • Driving the product development/new R&D through milestone planning and coordination with cross-functional teams and set priorities

  • Plan and execute the field projects by defining theroles and responsibilities for the team for the Project execution,

  • Guiding and mentoring operations team

  • Proactively discuss business risks, opportunities and manage risk through mitigation and contingency plans

  • Establish and oversee the internal training process and strategies for the enhancement of the technical team.

  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements, process standards, and relevant certifications in reference to the scheduled projects.

  • Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost / benefit analysis

Skills Required

Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

  • Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technical team.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience in establishing guidelines in these areas for others

  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and mentoring multi-skilled teams.

  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

  • Managerial experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

  • Worked in startups

  • Worked in technology company preferably hardware/robotics (non-software companies)

  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field required

Eligibility

  • 10 years and above

  • Worked in technology company preferably hardware/robotics (non-software companies)

Qualification

Bachelor s degree in engineering in (EC/EEE/EI/ME)

Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred
Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
