Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement effective revenue strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Look for new business opportunities for the property.
  • Provide with Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
  • Understand the nature of client queries and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain policies and procedures when working with clients and provide appropriate information.
  • Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, procedures and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily communications and issues resolved
  • Responsible for the overall business development of the assigned properties.
  • Build a strong business relation with hoteliers and OTA Managers
  • Be the first point of contact for the hotels and OTAs for any troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of any other language (Apart from Gujarati and Hindi) will be counted as an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Self motivated and a team player.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
