UI Designer (Visual Design)

What s this role about

UI Designer (Visual Designer) at f1 are responsible for the look and feel of the product that the UX Team is building, you as a Visual Designer are expected to

• Support in conceptualizing the thoughts to design colorful but yet perfect product
• Help in refraining the design language with fellow designers.
• Assist the Senior Designers in creating user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals, concepts to execution.
• Support the team to Craft Design Systems and the Libraries for multiple projects that are allocated.
• Collaborate with Developers and Designers to ease the communication in Designing the look.
• Keeping yourself up-to date about the trends and changes in the industry
• Effectively contribute to the company in design articulation.

What s you should be having?

• You should at least have 2+ years of design experience in a Product space or Client facing role.
• You must have shipped a minimum of 2-4 products in the past, having core visual design execution.
• Should be able to think logically to understand the reasoning behind solving complex UI challenges withprocesses in place.
• Plus to have a B.Des or M.Des degree from Tier 1 & 2 Colleges.
• Preference will be given for candidates having B2B UX Experience, coming from a startup or with design agency experience.
