Job Summary

Job Title: Project Manager (Products)

Function: Timely Execution of Equipment Orders

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Head Office)

Reporting To: General Manager Projects

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager (Products) to oversee the timely execution of equipment orders for pharmaceutical machinery. This role requires strong coordination between purchase teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years in pharmaceutical machinery project management or related fields

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Purchase team for managing equipment orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for drawing approvals, Design Qualification (DQ) approvals, and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) protocol approvals.
  • Conduct stage inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform final inspections, with or without client presence, to verify quality and readiness.
  • Ensure FAT compliance and oversee proper packing of equipment.
  • Coordinate and supervise timely installation and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.

Qualification :
