Role- Data Scientist

Major in Data Scientist

• Can set up and manage our Dataset, development and production infrastructure.
• Help AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.
• Build data ingest and data transformation infrastructure.
• Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets.
• Build AI models from scratch and help project managers and stakeholders understand results.
• Deploy AI models into production.
• Create APIs and help business customers put results of your AI models into operations.
• Constantly update self and surrounding with latest AI research relevant to our business domain.
• Have at least 5 years hands-on programming experience working on enterprise products.
• Are proficient in multiple programming languages with a strong foundation in a statistical platform such as Python, R, SAS, or MatLab.
• Experience building AI models in platforms such as Keras, TensorFlow, or Theano.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives through courses, books, or side projects.
• Understand AI deployment life cycle and help in our infrastructure research.

In full stack

• Have web development experience
• Have a good understanding of how things work front end, and can preferably use them with ease: HTML, CSS, Javascript
• We aren t picky, but you are highly experienced with at least one programming language like C++, Java, C# etc.
• Can easily develop using major frameworks like Rails, Django, Spring etc.
• You know your way around configuring the development and production environment
• Familiar with deployment and network operations
• Experience with code review and adhere to best practices
• Experience with integration of analytics, a/b testing
• Proficient in at least one scripting language like Ruby, Python, Go etc.
• Interested in playing with technologies like AI and blockchain
• Comfortable with tools like Docker, Jenkins etc.
• Can implement user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Able to create database schemas, integrate multiple data sources and databases

Minor DevOps

• Highly experienced with Linux based Operating Systems
• Able to automate deployment of both container and non-container applications, system configurations, security settings
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration, Kubernetes and Docker, including lifecycle management of containers
• Able to setup CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with Groovy, Shell, Ansible, Puppet etc. for script automation
• Have considerable experience with subversion/Git administration and deployment
• Knowledge in middleware technologies like Apache, Tomcat, IIS etc.
• Proficient in monitoring and logging tools such ask ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana)
• Understanding of cloud technologies and migration strategy
• Sound understanding of Scalability and Redundancy concepts and their applications
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Believes in great product and craftsmanship
