Deliver Pega based RPA/DPA solutions by following Ford standard delivery processes, tools sets and templates - Work with partners to help deliver additional solution - Must have laser focus on quality standards and delivery dates - Analyze business processes and assess automation feasibility and implement them - Ccreate schedules, manage issues and establish communication plan to resolve them - Help improve System/Application access standards - Establish and adhere to Ford's standard Security and Control procedure - Manage Reusable Code Assets and perform Code Reviews - Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of the code across multiple environments in Pega - Use the best-in-class coding standards
