JOB ROLE-

• Exceptional Sourcing & Shortlisting Skills of highly qualified candidates through the Various job Boards, LinkedIn and references.
• Proven Experience in Handling End to End Recruitment.
• Strong Experience in Hiring US Citizen's & Green Card holders.
• Good understanding about Tax Terms W2/1099/C2C.
• Technical Understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles.
• Should have good interpersonal skills, written and great communication skills.
• Strong Technical Understanding about the Technical Roles/Skills
• An aggressive team player, Self motivated & Starter.
• Experience in Product & In house Hiring will be a plus.
• Excellent Communication & Written Skills
