Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Job in Fe Fundinfo

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks)
• Support a mission critical infrastructure and ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
• Manage requests and incidents with a focus on service availability and stability.
• Develop and maintain a high degree of operational automation.
• Implement and operate service monitoring (leveraging a global monitoring platform)
• Close collaboration with development teams before, during and after software deployments as well as for troubleshooting and escalations.

Key Technical Skills

• Act as a subject matter expert for FE fundinfo s for Azure infrastructure
• Operate and manage Azure Iaas, PaaS and SaaS services (e.g. VM, SQL, Storage, AppServices)
• Experience in operating high-available, cloud-hosted web-services
• Expertise in working with Infrastructure as Code:
  • Microsoft DevOps, Visualstudio Code
  • PowerShell
  • Azure ARM
  • YAML pipelines
  • Optional (and/or): Terraform, Ansible, Bash
• Windows OS administration & automation:
  • Patch management/automation
  • Backup and recovery
  • IIS role
• Network Management:
  • Azure virtual networks & subnets, NSGs
  • Azure Traffic Manager
  • Cloudflare
  • Optional: F5 BIG IP Load Balancer (LTM, ASM)
• Experience with operating Microsoft server and domain technologies (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, HyperV).
• Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement
