Business Intelligence Analyst Job in Fedbank Financial Services Limited

Continuously monitor competition and market to provide insights on market activities,
competition behavior and convert into Competitive Intelligence and recommend
corrective/preventive actions.
Derive insights out of Industry /research reports, news feed, earnings calls etc to gather market
intelligence and keep senior management updated on the same.
Regularly attend Industry conferences, seminars, webinars etc. to gather insights on Market and
industry conditions
Define benchmarks for various financial and operation metrics and help institutionalize the
same across functions and hierarchy to help Fedfina become a mid-size NBFC.
Participate in engagements with Business teams to enhance TAT, customer experience and
Product superiority.
Contribute in designing and development of processes to capture customer feedback which will
accurately measure NPS at business as well as entity level.
Actively participate in initiatives identifying opportunities for automation in business processes
to improve reach and efficiency of sales teams through process improvement, technology and
re-engineering etc.
Ensure timely and accurate Investor/lender communications through Investor presentations,
lenders deck, press releases etc.
